- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact NORAMI customer support with:

- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return request
Once your request is approved, you will receive further return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was received
- The item arrived damaged or defective
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as NORAMI is not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a NORAMI error.

If you would like a different size or product, please contact customer support before returning your item.
